These Terms of Use govern your use of the Project Proof iOS app and related materials. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and to respect the limits below.
What Project Proof does
Project Proof provides reflection and action-planning prompts, local records and optional exports. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent a medical or mental-health condition; provide legal, financial or investment advice; or guarantee a relationship, career, health or financial outcome.
Safety boundary
Do not use Project Proof for an emergency, imminent self-harm, abuse, stalking, severe distress, eating-disorder risk, medical emergency or urgent financial crisis. Contact local emergency services, a trusted person or an appropriately qualified service. The app’s support responses are not a replacement for human or professional care.
Your content
You keep ownership of the goals, reflections, photos, voice notes and other material you create. You are responsible for choosing what to save, export or share. Do not use the app to upload or distribute material you do not have permission to use. The launch build stores this material locally; the Privacy Policy describes the current handling.
Subscriptions and one-time purchase
The launch build offers an optional annual auto-renewing subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. The exact product name, duration, introductory offer eligibility and price are the values shown by Apple’s StoreKit before you confirm a purchase. The annual subscription renews unless cancelled in Apple subscription settings. Apple handles billing, refunds and cancellation; see Apple’s purchase support for those requests. A purchase grants access only after Apple verifies the transaction on the device. Any additional plan will be described here before it is made available.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the app is maintained. Curated content and local fallback are designed to keep the core ritual available, but no uninterrupted or error-free service is promised. We may suspend or discontinue features where necessary for safety, legal, technical or operational reasons.
Acceptable use
You must not reverse engineer, interfere with, abuse or attempt to bypass the app, its purchase controls or its safety boundaries. You must comply with the App Store terms that apply to your download and use of the app.
